HMEDIA does not claim ownership of the content provided through the Service. All rights to such content are reserved by their respective owners.

You agree not to download, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content provided through the Service, except as expressly permitted by HMEDIA or the content owner.

7. Termination

HMEDIA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

HMEDIA makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the Service or the content of any sites linked to the Service and assumes no liability for any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
